"The sales department is good and very helpful. But the service department is awful. I dropped my vehicle I bought from them off to service the engine. They've had it for over a week and half and have not told me what the potential issue is. Plus I've called them multiple times and no one answers I leave a message and they have yet to call me back. This is forcing me to take time off work to physically go to the store and ask for updates."
