"Darius Brown arrived at my home during a severe thunderstorm to do an emergency repair to the HVAC system in my attic. It malfunctioned and was leaking through the ceiling and onto the carpet. Darius fixed the problem,stopped the leakage and allowed me to get a good night's sleep. He returned 6 months later for a follow-up to be sure everything was still operating as designed. He tweaked a few minor problems left over from the original disaster and made certain everything was in top shape. I do appreciate his dedication to serving the customer in the middle of the night, and his commendable attitude"

"Some time ago, I took an F150 to have the spark plugs removed and re-thread. When I asked about the base price no one knew until they can "look at it first" I agreed as long as they just removed the spark plugs ONLY, when I came up there to see about the price they jumped up to over $2500. I told him not to do any more work, but just the spark plugs removal, the shop owner said that he was not going to do that that he was "already committed" and was going to do the job all the way. A woman that was working there and told me that the wiring harness has to be replaced as well. They kept doing things that I told them not to do so that they can jump the price up even more. I was so frustrated because they were trying to charge me for stuff that I did not agree to and will not be able to pay for.. the owner threaten to have me arrested and sued if I did not pay, and that he would charge me a certain amount of day until it is paid for. I wanted to save as much money as possible because I also had to take my dog to the vet, the shop owner forced me to put my dog down so I can get my truck out because I couldn't pay the vet bill. I had to spend all I had to get the truck out, when I left with the truck, it was running terrible so of course I took it to another shop where they said that everything was done terribly and a lot of things were not even properly done. The other shop told me that I should take it back to them and make them do everything again the right way. I took the truck home myself and took a week off of work, I rebuild the engine and replaced all the things that they should've done. I got the truck running perfectly and drove into another shop where they did a inspection and checked it off, I sold the truck and bought myself a new Dodge ram to get the money back that I wasted on the shop. Unfortunately, I lost my dog and my truck because of this place. One of the ladies even told me to vote for Trump if I wanted to make more money in the future, this place is disgusting and overpriced. I don't ever like taking my vehicles to the shop. If I can just do it myself, unfortunately, I just didn't have the time to do it so I thought a simple repair would be just fine. This place really is a scam, never again would I ever take my vehicle to a shop like this. My first and last experience with this or any repair shop, this place proved me right that most mechanic shops are nothing but a scam."
